Terms of service

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Thumbuild, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
The service
Thumbuild provides AI-assisted thumbnail briefing, concept generation, reference analysis, editable canvas layers, design heuristics, project history, and exports. Features may change as the product develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or any specific publishing outcome.
Credits and subscriptions
One generation currently creates two model-specific directions and consumes one Thumbuild credit. Manual edits and downloads of existing versions do not consume credits. Failed or cancelled generations are refunded when our system recorded a reservation. Paid credits refresh after a successful billing period and do not roll over. Dodo Payments processes subscriptions, taxes, invoices, and payment methods.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Your content
You retain rights you have in prompts, uploads, and project outputs. You grant Thumbuild and its service providers a limited licence to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for everything you upload.
AI output and review
AI outputs can contain errors, unwanted similarities, misspellings, or misleading implications. You must review factual claims, likenesses, trademarks, copyright, and platform-policy compliance before publishing. Heuristic scores do not predict clicks, views, revenue, or virality.
Prohibited use
Do not use Thumbuild to violate law or third-party rights; impersonate or exploit people; create deceptive or defamatory packaging; sexualise minors; distribute malware; bypass limits; scrape or resell the service; or interfere with security. We may suspend abusive accounts and preserve records where legally required.
Intellectual property
Thumbuild’s software, interface, branding, and documentation belong to TechieSapien or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of the platform.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to export data.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Thumbuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or publishing decisions. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid Thumbuild in the three months before the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer law. Contact founder@techiesapien.com with questions or formal notices.
