Refund policy

First subscription purchase
If Thumbuild does not work as described, contact support@thumbuild.com within 7 days of your first paid purchase. We will review usage, generation failures, and the applicable checkout terms. Refunds are not guaranteed after substantial credit use, except where required by law.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period begins. Cancel from Billing before renewal to prevent the next charge. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Generation failures
A failed or user-cancelled generation is automatically refunded as a Thumbuild credit when the system recorded a reservation. This is separate from a payment refund.
Payment disputes
Dodo Payments may act as merchant of record and may request additional information for refunds, taxes, fraud review, or chargebacks. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can investigate quickly.
